Prices

All prices quoted are in EURO. All prices published are guide prices only and are subject to availability.

Deposit/Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 10% is due at the time reservations are requested. The schedule of payments is as follows:

* 10% deposit at time of booking

* Remaining Balance of 90% due 6 weeks prior to date of arrival

* 100% payment if booking made within 6 weeks date of arrival

Payments may be made by credit card (MasterCard or Visa only 2.5% levy applies) or Bank Transfer.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted via fax or e-mail to Greengolfball Ltd. and are subject to the following cancellation charges: The worst case scenario is detailed below as Greengolfball Ltd will make every effort to refund all monies where possible.

From time of booking to 6 weeks prior to date of arrival €300.00.
Between 3 – 6 weeks – Full Deposit
Between 1 – 3 weeks – 50% of Payment

Changes

Changes may be made up to the travelling date but must be submitted in writing / email / fax

Refunds

All refunds for cancellations will be issued within 30 days of written / email or faxed notification. No refunds are made for any unused portion of any package.

Rental Cars

Car rentals include unlimited mileage, time, local taxes and cdw insurance. A valid driver’s license is required prior to renting a car. The minimum and maximum driver age restrictions apply. (23 to 75 years).

Rental Cars are considered to be manual drive unless specified.

When a specific car is requested, Greengolfball Ltd will endevour to provide this car, however a similar car may be given instead depending on availability.

Travel Insurance

Greengolfball Ltd. highly recommend that all travellers should take out personal travel insurance to cover loss, damage or theft of luggage, personal injury, illness or accident. Greengolfball Ltd. is not liable for any of the above.

Responsibility

Greengolfball Ltd. acts only as an agent for chosen transport suppliers, accommodations, and golf green fees, and as such accepts no responsibility for:

*Any loss of/or damage to property or injury to any person caused by reason of any defect.

Negligence, or other wrongful act or omission of, or any failure of performance of any kind by: any transportation company; vendor or supplier:

* Any inconvenience or loss of enjoyment.

* Any delayed departure, missed connections; substitutions of accommodations, terminations of service, or change in fares or rates:

* Any cancellation or double bookings of reservations or tickets beyond the control of Greengolfball Ltd.

Greengolfball Ltd does not accept the responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes, quarantine, sickness, strikes, war, weather, acts of God or other causes. Such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the client.

By embarking on travel with Greengolfball Ltd, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
